MASTER PLAN FOR ANOKA COUNTY <br />AIRPORT <br />Administrator Achen reported that the Transportation Subcommittee of the Metropoli- <br />tan Council's Physical Development Committee had met on November 9 regarding MAC's <br />application for federal funds. He stated that Mounds View has sent a letter to MAC <br />with comments on the application and read that letter. <br />MSP (Rowley Ziebarth) to direct the Clerk Administrator to prepare Resolution #943, <br />following the same draft as the letter dated November 8, 1979 to John Rutford <br />regarding the Anoka County Airport Master Plan Study by MAC, with the resolution <br />containing the following, that the City Council's primary concern is that the <br />Master Plan very specifically address Alternate #5, which is the do- nothing <br />alternate for the airport, indicating that the do- nothing alternate classify the <br />airport back to it's minor status, that adequate advance notice and information be <br />
