Councilmember Ziebarth <br />Councilmember Baumgartner <br />Councilmember Rowley <br />Mayor Pickar <br />CITIZENS COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br />At'ROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Pickar at 7:30 PM on Monday, December 11, 1978 at the Mounds <br />View City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. <br />Members Present: Also Present: <br />Clerk- Administrator Achen <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Members Absent: <br />Councilmember Hodges <br />Mayor Pickar stated that Councilmember Hodges was out of town on <br />business. <br />MSP (Baumgartner Ziebarth) to approve the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of November 27, 1978. <br />Councilmember Rowley stated she was abstaining from the vote as she <br />had not been present at the November 27 meeting. <br />Bill Doty, 3049 Bronson stated that he had received a bill from the <br />League of Minnesota Cities for $82.34 for material the Charter Commission <br />had ordered, and that he felt the bill should have gone directly to the <br />City. Mayor Pickar replied that the bill should be turned over to <br />Administrator Achen, and that the proper authorities should be notified <br />to send the bills directly to the City. <br />Mayor Pickar asked that Item M be removed from the consent agenda. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner asked that Item G he removed from the consent <br />agenda. He also asked for a clarification of Check #2523 to Comstock <br />and Davis, for the charge of $2435 for plans and specs for repainting <br />the water tower. He stated that he felt the charge was excessive as <br />Comstock and Davis had prepared those plans for the City before. <br />Mayor Pickar asked Administrator Achen to check into it. <br />MSP (Pickar-Rowley) to approve the consent agenda as fellows: 4 ayes <br />3 ayes <br />1 abstain, <br />
