CONSENT AGENDA February 12, 1979 The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The motion for adoption is non debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any individual Council Member, any item can be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda for debate. ITEM A. Reschedule February 19, 1979, Council agenda session to Tuesday, February 20, 1979, at 7:00 PM because of President's Day holiday. ITEM B. Adopt Ordinance No. 289 amending the Municipal Code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 47 "House and Building Numbers." This is the formal ordinance changing the building address numbers on Woodlawn Drive effective March 1, 1979, as approved by Council on January 22, 1979. ITEM C. Approve the bid specifications and order the bid opening date of Monday, February 26, 1979, for the 1979 Tree and Stump Removal contract. ITEM D. Adopt Resolution No. 960 reapportioning assessments for the Balk major subdivision. ITEM E. Adopt Resolution Nos. 961 -963 reapportioning the following subdivisions, respectively: Pleasant Acres Midway Industrial Park No. 2 Kathleen Berg Addition ITEM F. Approve the re- keying of five exterior door locks for the City Police Department at a cost of $60.75 to be paid for out of the City's Contingency Fund. ITEM G. Set the public hearing date for Bayport Acres for 8:20 PM, February 26, 1979. ITEM H. Approve the February 12, 1979, bills for payment. ITEM I. Approve the following licenses: CONTRACTORS expire 6/30/79 General new Al Jones Construction 5425 Oliver North Panelcraft 3615 E. Lake St. Omega Management Inc. 2810 Co Rd 10 Hearth Home 2004 Lyndale Ave S. Moscoe Construction Co 3335 Flag Ave S.
