Mayor McCarty <br />Councilmember Hodges <br />Councilmember Rowley <br />Councilmember Ziebarth <br />Councilmember Forslund <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor McCarty at 7:35 PM on February 26, 1979 at the Mounds View <br />City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112. <br />Members Present: Also Present: <br />Acting Clerk- Administrator Anderson <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Mayor McCarty asked that the minutes be changed on page 5 to read <br />Sherwood instead of Groveland in the second to the last paragraph, and <br />to read Sherwood /Groveland and Ardan /Red Oak in the last paragraph, <br />Mayor McCarty asked that on page 9 the word professionally be changed to <br />provisionally in the third paragraph, and the spelling be corrected <br />on Chamber of Commerce, David Freemore and Herschel Pepin. <br />MSP Forslund- Hodges) to approve the February 12, 1979 minutes as <br />amended. 5 ayes <br />CITIZENS COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br />Sherri Donsmoore, 5100 Red Oak Drive stated she was concerned with the <br />slaughter of seals and read a prepared statement concerning their <br />slaughter and presented a petition for anyone who was against their <br />slaughter. <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />MSP (Ziebarth Rowley) to approve the consent agenda as follows: <br />ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 967 regarding data to be compiled by <br />the.Metropolitan Airports Commission for the Master Plan of the <br />Anoka County Airport. <br />ITEM B. Adopt Resolution No. 968 authorizing the Mayor to execute <br />-Second Amendment B which awards the City an additional <br />$3,084 for the 1978 -79 Entitlement Fund. <br />ITEM C. Adopt Resolution No. 969 regarding the Metropolitan Sewer <br />Board Sewer and Waste Control Regulations for the Metropolitan <br />Disposal System. <br />5 ayes <br />
