May 29, 1979 Page 8 <br />Councilmember Rowley expressed her concern for a formalized agreement with Dr. Machmeier. <br />MSP (McCarty /Hodges) to approve four hours of work at the rate of $50 per hour for <br />Dr. Machmeier from the S.D.M. Fund. <br />ATTORNEY MEYER'S REPORT <br />Attorney Meyers had no report. <br />ACTING ADMINISTRATOR ANDERSON'S REPORT <br />Acting Administrator Anderson pointed out the E.I.S. hearing would be held on <br />June 13, 1979, at 7:00 p.m. at Westwood Jr. High School. <br />Acting Administrator Anderson called the Council's attention to the June 4, 1979, <br />Agenda Session. The Council decided to move the City Auditors presentation to <br />7:00 p.m. and to schedule the general budget update and review with City Department <br />Heads at 8:00 p.m. Comstock Davis's review of assessment process will be scheduled <br />some time in the future. <br />Acting Administrator Anderson asked for the Council's opinion whether to continue <br />displaying the Council documents on the Council Chamber doors.
