REPORT <br />Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by <br />Forslund that we authorize Staff to nego- <br />tiate a rider to insurance policies to <br />cover the activities of Festival in the <br />Park July 15, 1979. This insurance is <br />indicated primarily for activities on the <br />grounds, i.e., personal bumps and bruises to <br />a maximum of $200.00. <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />2) Nelson explained that Staff is working on <br />a new format for meeting minutes. <br />Dave Notaro, 2749 Ardan Avenue, asked Council <br />if something could be done on the City storm <br />sewer in hi __sa as his <br />r =ter= <br />flooded five times already this year.
