CONSENT AGENDA <br />August 27, 1979 <br />The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of routine <br />and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The entire agenda <br />may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The motion for adoption is <br />non debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any <br />individual Council Member, any item can be removed from the consent agenda <br />and placed upon the regular agenda for debate. <br />ITEM A: Approval of Minor Subdivision for Robert Lunde <br />8444 Red Oak Drive. Case 31 -79. Res. 1007 <br />ITEM B: Authorize Refund Building Permit Tom Hanson, Estate Administrator <br />Res. 1008 <br />ITEM C: Authorize SDM Refund to Glenn Karlin. Res. 1009 <br />ITEM D: Adopt Resolution 1010, for Authorization to Transfer Escrow <br />Funds into General Fund. <br />ITEM E: Adopt Resolution 1011, for Reappointment Lot Division #54981. <br />ITEM F; Adopt Resolution 1012, Release of $2,500 for Escrow Dev. <br />Agreement 77 -9. <br />ITEM G: Adopt Resolution 1017, Authorizing the Transfer of Funds from <br />Contingency to Account 100 -120 -4703. <br />ITEM H: Adopt Resolution 1018, Authorizing the Transfer of Funds from <br />Contingency Account to 100 350 -4703. <br />ITEM 1: Adopt Resolution 1019, Approving Just and Correct Claims <br />Against City Funds. <br />
