PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called <br />to order at 7:30 p.m., September 24, 1979 <br />by the Mayor. <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL <br />members Forslund, Rowley, Hodges, Ziebarth <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, City <br />Administrator Nelson, Building Zoning <br />Official Rose, Police Chief Grabowski, <br />Public Works Superintendent Decheine, <br />Parks Recreation Director Anderson, <br />Finance Director Stager. <br />Rowley made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth, 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />to accept the minutes of 9/10/79 as corrected. OF 9/10/79 <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Ziebarth made the motion, seconded by Rowley, <br />to adopt the Consent Agenda of 9/24/79. <br />(See attached) <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Betty Skelly, representing the League of <br />Women Voters, submitted a suggestion for <br />Council approval that the League prepare <br />a type of bulletin board with names of <br />public officials, i.e., Mayor, Council <br />members, etc., with telephone numbers, to <br />be posted outside the Council Chambers. <br />She also requested a map of the City with <br />streets and precincts shown and numbered, <br />in order that the public may ascertain <br />this information without having to check <br />with City Staff. She also stated the Mayor <br />and Councilmembers will regularly receive <br />the League bulletin so as to keep informed <br />of League activities. <br />The Council approved the League posting <br />the above bulletin board and map in City Hall. <br />Regular Meeting <br />September 24, 1979 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View MN 55112 <br />1.
