Plan, <br />i.e., regarding wetlands, drainage, etc. <br />The department is looking forward to the <br />implementation of topographical maps. <br />The Mayor closed the Public Hearings and <br />reopened the Regular Meeting. <br />Ziebarth: 1) Informed of a Park Recreation 7. REPORTS OF COUNCIL <br />meeting scheduled for 9/27/79. MEMBERS /ADMINISTRATOR <br />2) Re: memo from Nelson about a meeting of <br />Mounds View School Board /Staff on 9/25/79: <br />would like them to discuss the subject of <br />snow removal of walkways adjacent to school <br />property, i.e., whose responsibility it is. <br />Hodges: Informed of an important Charter <br />Commission meeting on 9/26/79 at 7:30 PM. <br />(Agenda session at 7:00 PM) <br />Rowley: No report <br />Forslund: 1) Reported from Planning Commission <br />meeting that the Sahara Investment Company, <br />planning to build a bank /office building on <br />Hwy. 10 and Red Oak Drive, and desiring a <br />good rapport with the community, wish to <br />have a meeting at 7 :00 PM October 3, 1979, <br />with the citizens. <br />2) Inquired as to the status of the master <br />plan of the airport, and suggested that when <br />public meetings on this subject are held, <br />they be held in the Mounds View area. <br />McCarty: 1) There are two applications for <br />Planning Commission ex official position. <br />Council decided to interview the applicant <br />before the 10/1/79 agenda session, one at <br />6:30 PM, the other at 6:45 PM. <br />2) Inquired as to the status of cable TV. <br />Nelson said he would explain later in his <br />report. <br />BUILDING ZONING <br />OFFICIAL REPORT <br />
