The Mounds View City Council was called Lo <br />order at 7:30 PM, October 9, 1979, by the <br />Mayor. <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council <br />members Forslund, Hodges, Ziebarth, <br />Rowley (arrived at 8:00 PM) <br />Members Absent: None <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, City <br />Administrator Nelson, Building Zoning <br />Official Rose. <br />Hodges made the motion, seconded by Ziebarth, 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />to approve the minutes as corrected. OF 9/24/79 <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Forslund requested Item B of the Consent <br />Agenda: Resolution 1034, Increasin rater <br />and Sewer Rates Effective January 1, 1939 <br />be removed. <br />Ziebarth made the motion, seconded h^ <br />that the Consent Agenda he approve ainus <br />Item B.
