MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL Regular Meeting <br />Page 5 October 9, 1979 <br />Rose read a letter from Mrs. Viola Amundsen <br />requesting an extension of sixty days filing <br />date for her minor subdivision, due to misplacement <br />of abstract. <br />McCarty made the motion, seconded by Hodges, <br />to extend the 60 -day filing requirement <br />another 60 days for Mrs. Viola Amundsen, <br />re: her letter dated 10/9/79. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />Meyers reported that the civil rights case <br />has been settled. Checks have been paid. <br />Documents have been referred to the County <br />Auditor for disposition. <br />Hodges made the motion, seconded by Rowley, 10.
