PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Mayor Mc Carty called the meeting to <br />order at 10:30 p.m. on October 15, <br />1979. <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- <br />members Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, Ziebarth <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Administrator Nelson <br />was present representing the staff. <br />The Mayor called the regular <br />scheduled <br />agenda session for the purpose of receiving <br />the Proposed Charter as submitted to the <br />City Council from the Charter Commission. <br />It was duly noted that the Proposed Charter <br />was received on October 15, 1979. <br />There being no further business the Mayor <br />called for adjournment. <br />Ziebarth moved to adjourn the meeting. <br />McCarty seconded the motion which carried. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:35 p.m. <br />Special Meeting <br />October 15, 1979 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View MN 55112 <br />1.
