PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />order at 7:30 PM, October 22, 1979, by the <br />Mayor. <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council <br />members Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, <br />Ziebarth (arrived at 9:03 PM) <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, Finance <br />Director Brager, Building Zoning Official <br />Rose. <br />Rowley made the motion, seconded by Forslund, <br />to approve Don Brager as Deputy Clerk in <br />the City Administrator's absence. <br />4 ayes <br />O nays <br />Brager was sworn in as Deputy Clerk by City <br />Attorney Meyers. <br />Hodges made the motion, seconded by Forslund, 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />to approve the minutes of 10/9/79 as corrected. <br />4 ayes <br />O nays <br />Mayor McCarty requested Item D be removed 4. APPROVAL OF CONSENT <br />from the Consent Agenda.
