Bill Doty, 3049 Bronson Dr., commented <br />re: He felt there was a partisan effort <br />against the Charter. <br />Neil Loeding, 5046 Longview Drive, wanted <br />the Council members linked with A.C.T.I.O.N. <br />News to identify themselves. <br />These residents were advised by the Mayor, <br />Councilmember Ziebarth, and Administrator <br />Nelson that these matters were political <br />in nature and not relevant to the Council <br />meeting. <br />MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />Page 2 <br />Nelson: 1) Advised there will be no <br />Planning Commission meeting 11/28. There <br />will, however, be two other meetings on <br />the 28th: Charter Commission at its regular <br />time, and the IR /DFL at 7:30 PM. <br />2) An information meeting of the developer <br />and the public will take place on the 27th <br />re: the Halvorson proposed development. <br />3) Asked if any Councilmember was interested <br />in attending a U of MN conference which he <br />cannot attend re: economic development and <br />soliciting information from residents. <br />4) Informed of Dennis Quan's resignation <br />Planning Commission <br />from Planning Commission. resignation <br />Forslund moved to accept, with regrets, <br />the resignation of Dennis Quan from Planning <br />Commission.
