SECRETARY TO THE <br />memo as response to one from the Mayor on ADMINISTRATOR <br />the h iring of a Secretary for the Admini- <br />strator's position. The City Council <br />directed that the recommendations outlined <br />in the memo, dated February llth from <br />Nelson should be followed. <br />The City Council began a discussion on 5. LAND USE AND BUILDING <br />the development of checklist to ensure CHECKLIST <br />procedures are properly being followed by <br />f the City Staff and applicants. The City <br />Administrator gave to the City Council <br />some examples of checklists that were <br />developed by the City he previously worked with. <br />Rowley moved that the Staff draft a check- <br />list of procedures covering Land Use <br /> 1 activities and Building Code Requirements. <br />The Council further wanted the draft pre <br />sented to them in the first Agenda Session <br />in April of this year.
