PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called 1. CALL TO ORDER <br />to order at 7 :30 P.M. on February 25, <br />1980 by Mayor McCarty. <br />Mayor asked for roll call of the 2. ROLL CALL <br />official. <br />Members Present: Ziebarth, Hodges, <br />and McCarty. <br />Administrator noted that Councilman <br />Forslund was absent due to illness and <br />that Councilman Rowley would be late <br />due to attendance at an award ceremony. <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, <br />Clerk- Administrator Nelson. <br />City Council considered approval of <br />minutes for the February llth Council <br />Meeting. Mayor called for any correc- <br />tions or additions to the minutes as <br />submitted. Hodges moved to adopt the <br />February 11, 1980 minutes as submitted. <br />Ziebarth seconded the motion. <br />3 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />The Mayor called for the consideration <br />of the February 12th Council Meeting <br />minutes and noted that they were an ex- <br />tension of the February llth Meeting. <br />Ziebarth noted that he was not present <br />at that meeting and wondered if that <br />would affect the voting on the approval <br />of the minutes because only 3 members <br />of the Council were present for the <br />approval. It was stated by the Staff <br />that the vote could be two affirmative <br />and one abstention.
