Mayor McCarty called the Special <br />Council Meeting to order at 7:27 P.M. <br />on March 17, 1980. This meeting had <br />been established at the regular meeting <br />of March 10th. The purpose of this <br />meeting to approve the Contract for <br />the update of the City's Comprehensive <br />Plan by Northwest Associated Consultants. <br />(NAC). <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL <br />members Ziebarth, Hodges, Forslund and <br />Rowley. <br />Also Present: Steve Rose, Building and <br />Zoning Official, and Jeff Nelson, Clerk/ <br />Administrator. <br />The Mayor moved the award of the <br />Contract for the Comprehensive Plan <br />update by Northwest Associated Consul- <br />tants for the amount of $7,684.97. <br />Forslund seconded the motion. <br />5 ayes <br />The motion carried. 0 nays <br />Since there was no other business <br />before the Council, the Mayor asked <br />for adjournment. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Rowley moved the adjournment.
