CONSENT A(;ENbi% <br />June 9, 1980 <br />The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling <br />of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City <br />Council. The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in <br />one motion. The motion for adoption is non debatable and must <br />receive unanimous approval. By request of any individual <br />Councilmember, any item can be removed from the consent agenda <br />and placed upon the regular agenda for debate. <br />ITEM A: Adopt Resolution No. 1115 Approving the Preliminary <br />Concept of the Tax Exempt Mortgage for Wolf and <br />Associates in the amount of $600,000.00. Copy is <br />attached. <br />ITEM B: Approve Vacation Request of Jack Shields, City <br />Forester, for June 9 through 13,..1980 <br />ITEM C. Adopt Resolution No. 1116 Requesting a 9 Month Time <br />Extension for the Submission of the City's Comp <br />Plan Update to the Metropolitan Council.
