The special meeting of the City Council <br />was called to order at 9:55 p.m. on <br />June 16, 1980 by Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Present Councilmember Forslund, <br />Councilmember Hodges, Councilmember <br />Ziebarth, Councilmember Rowley, Mayor <br />McCarty. <br />Also Present City Attorney Meyers <br />and Building Zoning Official Rose. <br />Leonard Kremer, developer for and of proper- <br />ties at 7663 Groveland Road, was present and <br />requested that the Council review a develop- <br />ment proposal of two double bungalows to be <br />built on two lots cornering and located at <br />the intersection of County Road I and Silver <br />Lake Road. Official Rose 'reviewed the <br />applicant's proposal stating that the pro- <br />posed structures met setback requirements, <br />the lots were zoned properly, and that a <br />development agreement pursuant to Chapter <br />59.07 would be required. The agreement would <br />include exhibits of the site plan, the plat <br />plan, building plans and specs, and require- <br />ments of Resolution 983. Furthermore, a cash <br />escrow, letter of credit or bond in the amount <br />of $1,000 per lot to be developed, shall also <br />be included. <br />Councilmember Ziebarth moved to approve the <br />Kremer development proposal of the two <br />double bungalows located on the corner of <br />County Road I and Silver Lake Road with the <br />provisions that the development agreement <br />include the exhibits of the site plan, <br />gradic,g plan, the plans and specs; and a <br />cash escrow, letter of credit or bond amount <br />of $1,000 per lot to be developed.
