Staff Present: City Attorney Meyers, <br />Finance Director Brager, Engineering <br />Technician Kampel. <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />City of Mounds View <br />June 30, 1980 <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Mayor McCarty called the Special Meeting <br />to order at 10:27 p.m. at the Mounds <br />View City Hall Council Chambers. <br />Members Present Councilmembers Rowley, <br />Ziebarth, Hodges, Forslund, and Mayor <br />McCarty. <br />Councilmember Rowley presented a petition <br />signed by residents in the area of <br />Irondale Road and Ridge Lane for the <br />installation of a 4 -way sign at that <br />particular intersection. Matter was <br />referred to the Police Department for <br />study. <br />Date approved: July 14, 1980 <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Councilmember Ziebarth moved to approve 3. APPROVAL OF ON -SALE/ <br />the renewal of the listed licenses (attached) OFF -SALE LIQUOR, <br />seconded by Forslund.
