SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />August 18, 1980 <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Mayor McCarty called the Special Meeting 1. CALL TO ORDER <br />to order at 7:24 p.m. at the Mounds View <br />City Hall Council Chambers. <br />Members Present Councilmembers Forslund, 2. ROLL CALL <br />Ziebarth, Hodges, and Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Absent Councilmember Rowley was <br />absent because of vacation. <br />Also Present Acting Clerk- Administrator <br />Anderson, Building and Zoning Official Rose, <br />and Finance Director Brager. <br />Councilmember Ziebarth made a motion to <br />approve Resolution No. 1149 Resolution <br />Ratifying the Appointment of Election <br />Judges for the State Primary Election, <br />seconded by Councilmember Hodges. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIES (MOTION CARRIES) <br />Councilmember Forslund made a motion, <br />seconded by Councilmember Ziebarth, to <br />adjourn the Special Meeting. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 <br />MOTION CARRIES <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. <br />Date Approved: 08 -25 -80 <br />3.
