She referred Council to the action alert memo <br />that was included in their packet regarding the <br />local aid cut survey. She discussed it with the <br />Association of Metropolitan Board and they stressed <br />the need for the cities to answer the survey. She <br />also discussed it with Clerk- Administrator Pauley <br />and Finance Director Brager who also indicated that <br />any postponement of the Uovember 15th payment would <br />create problems with the City's cash flow. <br />
