PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />order at 7:40 P.M. on November 24, 1980, by <br />Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Present: Rowley, Hodges, Ziebarth 2. ROLL CALL <br />(arrived at 7:50 P.M.), and Mayor McCarty. <br />Members Absent: Forslund (due to illness) <br />Also Present: Clerk /Administrator Pauley, <br />Attorney Meyers, and Building Zoning <br />Official Rose. <br />MOTION: Hodges made a motion, seconded <br />by Rowley to approve the November 5, <br />1980 special meeting minutes as submitted. <br />Ayes -3 <br />Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. <br />MOTION: Rowley made a motion, seconded <br />by Hodges to approve the November 10, <br />1980 regular meeting minutes as submitted. <br />Ayes -2 <br />Nays -0 <br />Abstention -1 (Mayor McCarty abstained because <br />he was absent at this meeting). <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />There were no questions or comments from the 5.
