MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL December 8,1980 <br />Regular Meeting Page Four <br />of Ordinance No. 298 adopting the 1980 long <br />term financial plan. <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 THE MOTION CARRIED. <br />MOTION: Rowley made a motion, seconded by <br />Hodges, to adopt Ordinance 299 (Amending <br />Chapter 110 of the Municipal Code Relating <br />to the Licensing of Peddlers, Solicitors, <br />and Transient Merchants and Providing <br />Penalties for Violations Thereof) with the <br />correction in section 2 indicating that <br />this Ordinance is repealing Ordinance 73 <br />(original ordinance) and Ordinance 238, <br />Section 5 (Ordinance that changed the <br />rates). <br />Ayes Forslund, Hodges, Rowley, McCarty <br />Nays -0 <br />THE MOTION CARRIED. <br />Attorney Meyers noted that he has met with the <br />attorney for Arlin Wolf Associates to determine <br />the reasons for the constant revisions of the <br />revenue note total. Meyers noted that he was <br />informed by Arlin Wolf Associates that the <br />plan has not changed, but because of some <br />internal situations, the finance package has <br />changed since the original proposal was made. <br />MOTION: McCarty made a motion. seconded by <br />Hudyes Lu adopt Kesolution 1209 (Commercial <br />Development Revenue Note from Arlin Wolf <br />Associates) with the correction of changing <br />"Hennepin County" to read "Ramsey County <br />Ayes -4 <br />Nays -0 THE MOTION CARRIED. <br />Attorney Meyers also noted that he needed the <br />comprehensive statement and the application from <br />Wolf Associates. Mr, Dave Novack, controller for <br />Wolf Associates, indicated he would see that this <br />material was delivered immediately to Attorney <br />Meyers. <br />9.
