MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL January 12, 1981 Regular Meeting Page Three permit, to include conditions of the following: 1. A conditional use permit subject to annual review or if circumstances arose requiring review and modifications of the agreement. Areas of specific review would be traffic pattern, parking facilities, and screening requirements. 2. Include any requirements for immediate change. Mr. Gregory Johnson was present and had no comments. Mr. Jim Vleck, 2879 Groveland Road, stated that he hoped the property would continue to be neatly maintained. He also noted there were more cars on the property than was permitted by the law and, also, that more screening would be preferred on the property. Mr. Gregory Johnson noted the Former manager of his place had not attended to this, but that he would now be removing the extra vehicles. He also noted that he would take care of the fence situation. THE PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: 8:14 P.M. THE REGULAR MEETING RE- OPENED: 8:14 P.M. MOTION: McCarty made a motion, seconded by Hodges, to direct staff to draw up a revised conditional use permit for the property located at 2848 Highway 10 including, but not limited to, annual review, modi- fications to the agreement, reassessment of the parking facilities, parking needs, screening requirements, etc. Ayes -5 Nays -0 THE MOTION CARRIED. b. APPROVAL OF 12 -22 -80 Corrections: REGULAR MEETING MINUTES McCarty: 1. (Page 1, 1st paragraph, #3): Omit "The Lakeside Park is being deeded to Ramsey County." 2. (Page 2, last paragraph,lst sentence): Should read "Mayor McCarty noted that the equilization of salaries for city staff, effective 10- 10 -80, resulted in a 12.5% increase instead of the previously discussed 10.4% due to an error in calculation." 3. (Page 4, 1st paragraph, #10): Should read .year regarding the administrative code." 4. TPT6e 4, #13): A copy of Councilmember Zieh.'.rth's resolution should be attached to the minutes.
