Special Council Meeting <br />January 19, 1981 Page 2 <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley reaffirmed <br />his desire and that of the City staff <br />to work with the new City Council in <br />implementing the policies and programs <br />they feel are necessary. Pauley also <br />indicated that he felt it would be <br />necessary for the Council to determine <br />the level of services they feel should <br />be provided to the citizens of Mounds <br />View prior to making any decisions <br />regarding the level of staffing in the <br />City's departments. <br />Mayor McCarty indicated that he looked <br />forward to the working session with <br />the City Council and had great expec- <br />tations for the next two years. <br />Doty made a motion, seconded by Forslund, 4.
