MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />Regular Meeting <br />Ordinance does not provide for the waiving <br />of late fees (utility billing). Attorney <br />Meyers stated that he would prepare a <br />Resolution for the next agenda meeting. <br />He discussed the vacating of Fairchild. <br />City. Attorney Meyers advised the Council <br />that he had been contacted by residents <br />of the City regarding a referendum on <br />Ordinance No. 303. He indicated that <br />it is his position not to advise anyone <br />other than the City Council and Clerk <br />Administrator on this issue. <br />Doty: No report. 19. Reports of <br />Forslund: No report. Councilmembers <br />Blanchard: Open House at Unity for their <br />15th year on June 7, 1981. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Blanchard made a motion, <br />seconded by Councilmember Hodges to change the <br />May 25, 1981, Council Meeting to May 26, 1981, <br />because of the Memorial Day Holiday. <br />5 ays <br />0 nays MOTION CARRIED. <br />Hodges: Clerk- Administrator Pauley has found the <br />gold shovel. <br />McCarty: Wetland Ordinance Committee set for <br />Thursday, May 21, 1981, at 7:30 p.m. <br />Clerk- Administrator reminded the CounL M that the <br />agenda meeting next Monday evening would begin at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />Neil Loeding, serving on the Wetland Ordinance <br />Committee noted the following: "After an initial <br />period of information meetings and discussion of <br />what needs to be done to get a well supported <br />settled Ordinance, we now appear to be at the <br />point where we can now allow a more concrete set <br />down of information we need, the work that needs <br />to be done, and the policy decisions that have <br />to be made. Also, priority and time frames can <br />now begin to be set. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion, <br />seconded by Councilmember Hodges to adopt <br />Resolution 1284 pledge of security with the <br />City of New Brighton, and to waive the reading <br />of the Resolution. <br />18.
