MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br />Regular Meeting <br />Councilmember Doty read the Food Establishment <br />Inspection Report that had been made by the <br />Health Deparment. Further that a reinspection <br />will be made in 10 days and that all of the <br />violations will have to be corrected by that time. <br />It was stated that Mr. Hartinger had signed the <br />report, but Mr. Hartinger stated that he had not <br />received a copy of the report and therefore had not <br />made all of the corrections cited. <br />MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded by <br />Councilmember Forslund to table further action until <br />the June 8, 1981, Meeting. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays MOTION CARRIED. <br />PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: 9:33 P.M. <br />REGULAR MEETING RE- OPENED: 9:34 P.M. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley read the proposed <br />Resolution. <br />Summary of Discussion: <br />That by all standards they are calling this <br />proposed intermediate airport a minor airport. <br />That they were proposing percision instruments <br />for landing systems. <br />That the report for the May 14, 1981, hearing had <br />been received on May 13, 1981. <br />Persons that had been interested through the years <br />had received notification two days after the public <br />ing had been held. <br />Council is requesting a public hearing to be held <br />for input from other affected adjoining cities. <br />That the Airport Plan falls within an intermediate <br />classification instead of a minor. <br />That the people affected who should have been involved <br />in the public hearing had not been involved. <br />In place homeowners that would be affected by traffic <br />and noise from the Airport. <br />May 26, 1981 <br />Page Seven. <br />10.
