Mr. Linke <br />stated that he would like to see 50% of the revenues <br />go into the Park Fund. Clerk /Administrator Pauley <br />stated that it has been a practice to buy capital <br />equipment. <br />Summary of Discussion: <br />Federal Revenue Sharing funds may be used <br />for operating expenses. <br />Warming Houses are deteriorating. <br />PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: 7 :46 P.M. <br />REGULAR MEETING RE- OPENED: 7:46 P.M. <br />MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded 7. <br />byCouncilmember Doty to approve the 2nd Reading <br />by title and to adopt Ordinance No. 304 and to <br />waive the reading.
