The Mounds View City Council was called to <br />order at 6:10 P.M. on June 25, 1981, by <br />Mayor McCarty <br />Members. present: Hodges, Forslund, Blanchard, 2. ROLL CALL <br />Doty, and Mayor McCarty. <br />Others present: Attorney Mark Karney and <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley. <br />The Council discussed the Launching Pad <br />Lawsuit. Clerk- Administrator Pauley <br />introduced Attorney Mark Karney. <br />Attorney Mark Karney explained the lawsuit. <br />Motion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to <br />authorize Attorney Karney to pursue <br />Tuesday hearing and report back to the <br />Council on the results. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Hodges /Doty to adjourn the 4.
