PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hodges, <br />Forslund, Blanchard and Doty, and Mayor <br />McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley, City <br />Attorney Meyers and Building and Zoning Official <br />Rose. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Forslund to approve the <br />inutes of the August 24, 1981 meeting as <br />arrected <br />4 ayes <br />0 nays 1 abstain <br />Councilmember Hodges stated he was abstaining <br />from the vote as he had not been present at <br />the August 24 meeting. <br />Mayor McCarty asked that Item M be removed <br />from the consent agenda. <br />Motion /Second: Hodges /Doty to approve the <br />consent agenda, minus Item M, and waive the <br />reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Blanchard to table <br />Item M of the consent agenda, until the <br />next Council meeting. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />lrry Gumm, 7805 Greenwood Drive, stated that <br />sere was a problem with bushes obscurring <br />`the view at the intersection of Hillview and <br />Eastwood, as well as a problem with a green <br />at Greenwood and County Road I.
