Mounds View City Council October 26, 1981 <br />Regular Meeting Page Eight <br />'`fficial Rose had no report. <br />Attorney Meyers had no report. <br />Councilmember Forslund had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Doty had no report. <br />Councilmember Hodges stated that the Youth <br />Service Bureau had discussed the law whereby <br />if a certain number of psychologists are on <br />the Board, they can get State funding, but <br />decided at this time that they will continue <br />referring the youths. <br />Mayor McCarty asked if the position descrip- <br />tions would be ready for the next agenda session. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied that they <br />had received a draft description and will <br />discuss it at the November 2 agenda meeting. <br />ayor McCarty stated that he will be signing <br />a letter from the Wetlands Committee to <br />John Hoeft, engaging help from the Net Council <br />legal services, if there was no objection from <br />the Council. <br />Mayor McCarty stated he was concerned with putting <br />too many new people on the Park and Rec Commission <br />and recommended appointing Jerry Linke to the <br />Planning Commission and reducing the size of the <br />Park and Rec Commission to a more workable seven <br />members. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Hodges to appoint Jerry <br />Linke to fill the vacancy on the Planning <br />Commission. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated that he had <br />not received an update on the I &I study but <br />had received a copy of an MWCC letter to the <br />PCA, stating that they felt the study was <br />valid. He added that TKDA had met with the PCA <br />nd been told they could meter the MWCC line <br />or three months, rather than twelve months. <br />14.
