The Mounds View City Council was called to order 1. Call to Order <br />by Acting Mayor Forslund at 7:35 PM. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, <br />Doty, Hodges and Acting Mayor Forslund. <br />It was noted that Mayor McCarty was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley and Buildthg and Zoning <br />Official Rose. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to approve the <br />March 8, 1982 minutes as corrected. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />There were no residents requests or comments <br />from the floor. <br />Acting Mayor Forslund asked if the work in <br />Item E would be completed before the Lions <br />Club bike race. She suggested notifying the <br />Lions Club if it would not be. Clerk /Admini- <br />strator Pauley replied that the work schedule <br />would depend upon the weather and they can <br />ask the contractor to work around that area. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Forslund to approve the <br />consent agenda as presented and wade the <br />reading of the resolutions. <br />Acting Mayor Forslund asked if the City had <br />ever received a budget from the Commission. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley replied that none <br />had been received during the time he has been <br />with the City. He explained the costs are <br />from the consultant and attorney working for <br />the Commission.
