PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />2401 Hwy. 10, <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on July 12, 1982. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Doty, <br />Forslund, Hodges and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley and Public Works /C...mnunity <br />Development Director Johnson. <br />Motion /Second: Hodges /Forslund to approve the <br />Tune 28, 1982 minutes as corrected. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley asked that Brighton <br />Excavating be added under Excavation under Item <br />E. <br />Councilmember Forslund asked that Item B be <br />removed. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to approve the <br />consent agenda, minus Item B, and waive the reading <br />of the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Forslund /Doty to table Item B <br />and discuss at the July 19 agenda session. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />DATE APPROVED: 7/26/82 <br />Regular Meeting <br />July 12, 1982 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />View, MN 55112 <br />1.
