The Mounds View City Council was called 1. CALL TO ORDER <br />to order at 7:10 p.m. on August 30, <br />1982 by Mayor McCarty. <br />Members present: McCarty, Blanchard, Doty, 2. ROLL CALL <br />Forslund, Hodges <br />Other presents: Clerk- Administrator Pauley <br />and Finance Director Brager. <br />Clerk- Administrator Pauley presented a 3. RESOLUTION NO. 1476 <br />letter from H. Richard Korsh, attorney for <br />M E Realty and Kraus Anderson Development <br />Company,indicating that the owners of the <br />property be assessed in the Silver Lake <br />Woods Improvement Project, accepted the <br />assessment roll as presented, and waived <br />their rights for appealing that assessment <br />roll under the provisions of the City Charter <br />and Chapter 26 of the Municipal Code. <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to adopt <br />Resolution No. 1476 adopting the assessment <br />roll and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes <br />Councilmember Forslund advised the Council C. AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 40 <br />that on August 1, 1982 the laws of the State <br />of Minnesota relating to manufactured housing <br />were changed to prohibit municipalities from <br />preventing the placement of manufactured <br />housing on single family zoned lots except <br />with reasonable restrictions.
