Director <br />Johnson explained that Staff addressed it only <br />as it relates to single family homes, and there <br />was a concern in stating a 24' width, as there <br />are some existing homes that do not meet that <br />requirement now. <br />Attorney Meyers explained that if a structure <br />was totally dest it would not be grand <br />fathered in. <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Hodges to have Staff <br />make the applicable amendments to Ordinance No. 316 <br />limiting the impact of the ordinance to single- family <br />zoned districts in time for the second reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Doty asked that Section II also <br />be researched further, regarding foundations. <br />Mayor McCarty closed the public hearing and <br />reopened the regular meeting at 7:55 PM. <br />Mayor McCarty closed the regular meeting and <br />opened the next public hearing at 7:55 PM. <br />September 13, 1982 <br />Page Two <br />Motion Carried <br />8A.
