PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Hodges, <br />Forslund and Mayor McCarty. <br />It was noted Councilmember Doty was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Acting City Attorney Karney, Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley and Public Works /Community <br />Development Director Johnson. <br />Motion /Second: Hodges /Blanchard to approve the <br />November 8, 1982 minutes as presented. <br />2 ayes 0 nays 2 abstentions <br />Mayor McCarty and Councilmember Forslund abstained <br />from the vote as they had not been present at the <br />November 8 meeting. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley corrected Item H, to <br />read "Be it resolved that the replacement of <br />approximately 50 Corad water meters presently in <br />service in residential units south of Highway 10 <br />is hereby authorized It <br />Mayor McCarty asked that Item D he revised to <br />include a 30 day notice of cancellation for the <br />City due to the fact that the cost could vary and the <br />bidder reserved the right to adjust bid amounts for <br />future years. <br />Mayor McCarty asked that Item E be removed for <br />reading. <br />Mayor McCarty stated he was concerned with the <br />Staff memo that accompanied Item G, which specified <br />a cost of living increase, as the City does not have <br />DATE APPROVED: 12/13/82 <br />Regular Meeting <br />November 22, 1982 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />The.
