Mounds View City Council Regular Meeting Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to approve Resolution No. 1526. 4 ayes 0 nays 1 abstain Councilmember Forslund abstained from the vote. The Council expressed their thanks and appreciation for the years of service Councilmember Forslund has giver_ to the City, not only with the City Council and Planning Commission, but also with Scounting and her church activities, and for her dedication to the youth of the community. Councilmember Forslund thanked the Council and stated how much she has enjoyed working with them. Clerk /Administrator Pauley read Resolution No. 1527. The Council expressed their thanks and appreciation to Councilmember Hodges for the many years of service he has given the City, in both his elected capacity and in personal interests such as Scouting, and for his committment to the City. Mayor McCarty presented Councilmember Hodges with a street sign for "Hodges Lane Councilmember Hodges thanked the Council for the time they have worked together.
