In view of the fact that the City Council has authorized no change <br />in the use of the former Anchor Inn facility, the City will expect <br />you to operate this facility as a restaurant and abide by all of <br />the provisions of the City's liquor code as outlined above or the <br />City will be forced to review your on -sale liquor and restaurant <br />licenses in view of your noncompliance with our codes. <br />You are hereby advised that you will be expected to comply with <br />the requirement that you operate the facility as a restaurant, <br />with liquor sales being secondary to that function, and to cease <br />all liquor sales until you are able to commence food sales. <br />Sincerely, <br />CIT OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />DonaTf.
