The Mounds View City Council was called by Mayor <br />McCarty at 5:42 p.m. on April 30, 1984. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Doty, Linke <br />Hankner, Blanchard and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley, Finance <br />Director Brager and Risk Management Consultant <br />Brian Colway. <br />Finance Director Brager and Risk Management Con- <br />sultant Brian Colway presented a report to the <br />Council on the bids received for the City's <br />Property /Casualty Insurance.
