The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on June 25, 1984. <br />Motion /Second: Linke /Blanchard to approve the <br />June 11, 1984 minutes as corrected. <br />3 ayes <br />0 nays 1 abstention <br />There were no residents requests or comments from the <br />floor. <br />Moticn /Second: Linke /Blanchard to approve the con- <br />sent agenda as presented and waive the reading of <br />the resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />APPROVED: July 9, 1984 <br />Regular Meeting <br />June 25, 1984 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Blanchard, <br />Linke and Mayor McCarty. <br />It was noted that Councilmember Doty was expected to <br />arrive later in the meeting. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works /Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Councilmember Hankner abstained from the vote as she <br />had been on vacation at the time of the June 11 meeting. <br />Mayor McCarty explained that he suet with the Clerk <br />Administrator and ''.r. Jim Loosen, owner of Loose -"nds <br />On 10, and Mr. Loosen would like his license renewed. <br />Mr. Loosen will be taking under consideration the <br />requirements for Sunday food service in conjunction <br />with liquor sales and wiles soon decide whether Loose <br />Ends will close on Sunday or come into compliance with <br />Sunday liquor sales regulations. <br />1.
