The Pledge of Allegiance was said. PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA The Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on June 25, 1984. Motion /Second: Linke /Blanchard to approve the June 11, 1984 minutes as corrected. 3 ayes 0 nays 1 abstention There were no residents requests or comments from the floor. Moticn /Second: Linke /Blanchard to approve the con- sent agenda as presented and waive the reading of the resolutions. 4 ayes 0 nays APPROVED: July 9, 1984 Regular Meeting June 25, 1984 Mounds View City Hall 2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Hankner, Blanchard, Linke and Mayor McCarty. It was noted that Councilmember Doty was expected to arrive later in the meeting. ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Admini- strator Pauley and Public Works /Community Development Director Thatcher. Councilmember Hankner abstained from the vote as she had been on vacation at the time of the June 11 meeting. Mayor McCarty explained that he suet with the Clerk Administrator and ''.r. Jim Loosen, owner of Loose -"nds On 10, and Mr. Loosen would like his license renewed. Mr. Loosen will be taking under consideration the requirements for Sunday food service in conjunction with liquor sales and wiles soon decide whether Loose Ends will close on Sunday or come into compliance with Sunday liquor sales regulations. 1.
