CONSENT AGENDA <br />JULY 23, 1984 <br />The Consent Agenda is a technique designed to expedite <br />handling of routine and miscellaneous official business of <br />the City Council. The entire agenda may be adopted by the <br />Council in one motion. The motion for adoption is <br />non debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By <br />request of any individual Councilmember, an item can be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda and placed upon the Regular <br />Agenda for debate. <br />ITEM A. Authorize Purchase of 200 Street Signs from Earl <br />F. Anderson and Assoc., Inc. at a Cost of <br />$1,588.00. <br />ITEM B. Accept Low Bid of Midwest Asphalt in the Amount of <br />$138,138.50 for the 1984 Street Maintenance Program <br />and Authorize the Allocation of an Additional <br />$7,000 from the Silver Lake Woods Improvement Fund. <br />ITEM C. Authorize Staff to Mail Notices of Intent to <br />Certify Delinquent Utility and Tree Removal Bills <br />to Ramsey County for Collection with 1985 Property <br />Taxes and Hold a Public Hearing Regardinc <br />Certification at 7:40 p.m., September 24, 1984. <br />ITEM D.
