Call to Order <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on August 13, 1984. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Linke, Hankner, <br />Blanchard and Mayor McCarty. <br />It was noted Councilmember Doty was on vacation. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini <br />strator Pauley and Public Works /Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />It was noted the members of the Festivities <br />were not present. <br />Commission <br />Motion /Second: Linke Hankner to approve the July 23, <br />1984 minutes as presented. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Councilmember Hankner requested that Item C be <br />removed from the consent agenda. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Linke to approve the <br />consent agenda, minus Item C, and waive the reading <br />of the resolutions. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Regular Meeting <br />August 13, 1984 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />2.
