Mounds View City Council October 8, 1984 <br />Regular Meeting Page Five <br />Attorney Meyers reviewed 415.11, which regulates <br />when salaries go into effect, after the next <br />succeeding election. The Charter says it takes <br />effect 30 days after publication, or such later <br />date as is specified.
