Consideration <br />action on this item to allow him time to of Forfeited <br />research the history, as there were some areas Lands due to <br />he was questioning. Non Payment of <br />Real Estate <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Hankner to take this item Taxes <br />off the agenda for further action. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: McCarty /Linke to authorize Staff 15. Consideration <br />to purchase 36 water meters from Water Products of Water Meter <br />Company for a total cost of $1,634.40. Purchase <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Doty /Blanchard to authorize the <br />purchase of a metal detector, designated for <br />the water department, for $575.00, with the <br />funds to come from account 700 121 -4703. <br />5 ayes <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Director Thatcher had no report. <br />Attorney Meyers advised no decision had been 18. Report of <br />reached yet on the Greg Johnson case. Attorney <br />Attorney Meyers advised he had met with Mr. Perez <br />and they had worked on the strategy for the <br />placement of the sound meters. He also reported <br />a four engine jet star had been flying over the <br />City last week, and after contacting MAC, they <br />acknowledged the plane was there. <br />Attorney Meyers advised the sign ordinance is <br />still intact, and the parties involved had paid <br />their $300 fine. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. 19.
