PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order <br />by Acting 'iayor Hankner at 7:30 PM on January 2, <br />1985. <br />MEMBERS Pt&ESEUT; Councilmembers Linke, Blanchard <br />and Acting :.iayor Hankner. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk /Administrator Pauley and <br />Public Works /Community Development Director Thatcher. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley adfflinistered the oath <br />of office to Mayor Linke. <br />Mayor Linke accepted a check from the Mounds View <br />Lions Club for $541.65, for the purchase of an <br />emergercy radio system, and extended thanks on <br />behalf of the Council and the City. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Blanchard to approve <br />Resolution No. 1840, declaring a vacancy on the <br />City Council and setting the date for a special <br />election for March 12, 1985, and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes <br />Date Approved: 1/14/85 <br />Annual Meeting <br />January 2, 1985 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />1.
