Public Works/ <br />Community Dvlp. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Blanchard to award the low Director <br />bid for well and pump maintenance on Well #4 to <br />Lane Minnesota for $14,282.00, according to the <br />specifications. <br />0 nays Motion Carried <br />Attorney Meyers had no report. 17. Report of <br />Attorney <br />Councilmember Hankner had no report. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported the Planning <br />Commission had received input from the residents <br />on March 20 regarding the Kunz Oil Co. and will <br />be making a recommendation to the Council soon. <br />Councilmember Haake thanked everyone for their <br />vote in the special election and stated she would <br />do her best to represent their interests. She <br />also reported she had attended the meeting sponsored <br />by the Ramsey County League of Local Governments for <br />newly elected officials, along with Mayor Linke, on <br />March 16 and found it very helpful. <br />Mayor Linke reported he had attended a meeting with <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley with the Met Council <br />systems committee, on the EAW and EIS programs and <br />reviewed what had occurred. He reported the full <br />Met Council will be considering die issue this <br />Thursday and asked that Clerk /Administrator be <br />given the authority to represent the Council at <br />that meeting and ask that further study be done on <br />the issue. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to authorize <br />C erk /Administrator Pauley to represent the Council <br />at the March 28 Met Council meeting. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed what he plans to <br />present to the Council. <br />18.
