He explained <br />they would be removing the existing building and <br />replace it with a modern facility. They will also <br />be reducing their hours, from being open 24 hours <br />a day, to being open from 6 AM to 10 PM. <br />Attorney Meyers reminded the Council they presently <br />have a case before the court involving the City of <br />Mounds View and Greg Johnson, and the issue of the <br />Comp Plan will be resolved by the trial court. He <br />explained the City has argued the property abutts <br />a busy highway and the property should ultimately <br />be developed medium density resident4•sl.
