Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:30 PM on August 26, 1985. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Blanchard, <br />Haake, Hankner and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk /Admini- <br />strator Pauley and Public Works /Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Motion /Second: Blanchard /Quick to approve the <br />August 12, 1985 minutes as presented. <br />0 nays 1 abstention <br />Councilmember Hankner abstained from the vote as she <br />had not been present at the August 12 meeting. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from the <br />floor. <br />Motion /Second: Hankner /Haake to approve the consent <br />agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of the <br />resolutions. <br />Clerk /Administrator Pauley reviewed proposed <br />Ordinance No. 398. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Haake to have the second reading <br />and adoption of Ordinance No. 398, amending the munici- <br />pal code of Mounds View by amending Chapter 41, and <br />waive the reading. <br />Councilmember Quick aye <br />Councilmember Blanchard aye <br />Councilmember Haake aye <br />Councilmember Hankner aye <br />Mayor Linke aye <br />DATE APPROVED: 9/9 /85 <br />Regular Meeting <br />August 26, 1985 <br />Mounds View City Hall <br />2401 Hwy. 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />2.
