Mounds View City Council September 23, 1985 <br />Regular Meeting Page Two <br />erector Thatcher reviewed proposed Resolutions No. 1928 <br />and 1929, which performs the necessary reapportionment <br />of assessments caused by the Silver Lake Woods subdivision. <br />Motion /Second: Quick /Blanchard to approve Resolution <br />No. 1928 and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No, 1929 and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened the <br />first public hearing. <br />Mr. Menkveld reviewed the request for the proposed <br />major subdivision of 2 lots into 4 and the need for <br />a conditional use permit for the 400 sq. ft. accessory <br />building at 8085 Woodlawn Drive. <br />Don Schmolke, 8070 Edgewood, questioned where the house <br />ould be on parcel 22. Mr. Menkveld showed where it <br />fould be toward the front of the lot. <br />Mayor Linke explained that per the building code, <br />homes are required to be lined up close to the road. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened the <br />regular meeting at 7:20 PM. <br />Motion /Second: Haake /Hankner to approve Resolution <br />No. 1932, for a major subdivision and conditional use <br />permit for a 400 sq. ft. accessory building at 8085 <br />Woodlawn Drive, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers had no report <br />Councilmember Hankner reported she had attended the <br />Association of Metropolitan Municipalities meeting <br />of the Metropolitan Agencies Committee. <br />ouncilmember Quick reported the cost of the first <br />annual Staff and Council picnic was $287.03. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />7.
